When you're in da club with a stack, and you throw the money up in the air at the strippers. The effect is that it seems to be raining money.
After Leroy finished trapping for the night, he went to the strip club, got 10 stacks, and made it rain inside the club the whole night.
Don't you just wish it would rain all the time? Well, if that would be the case I would buy it just for the thank you note.
"Thank you for purchasing my finger. While your wearing it, be sure to point at people, press buttons obnoxiously in elevators, lure someone into your seduction lair, twirl your hair and sign really big checks. Love, Jules."
