My friend Julia snapped these of Krista, wish I was there. If I remember right, she has done that jacket herself.

I had AWESOME Halloween last night, first Korjaamo and Arabia Maskerad with DINOSAURUXIA, I did my first soundcheck ever (because the band arrived from Russia where they were photographing, school) and hopefully the last....of course I've followed them tens of times but I just couldn't focus! After that I just had to crash to the private party and drink bub glasses one too much. And the Russian two euro vodka Emilia and Sanna had brought with them from Russia...and this and that.

After that I managed to get myself to Playground where Emperatron had a riot going on, the place was super full! That was fun. The whole night ended up with me making new friendships, smoking, listening to gettotech and 50 cent and dancing to Jane Birkin followed by good, warm sleep. WIN.

Oh and my Halloween costume was Xena...though it reminded awfully lot of Balmain's SS10.

Ps. hey it's Halloween! Do you have a costume? I don't but I know where to go! On Friday it's Arabia Maskerad in Korjaamo with DINOSAURUXIA, Villa Nah and Misfits DJs but I also really want to make it to Playground in the late hours because Emperatron is having their Halloween bash and I've really enjoyed their two previous nights there. Fuuuuuuuuuuuun.

BUT ON A FLIPSIDE, IT'S A RECIPE FOR WINNING

So my pictures aren't showing, boo hoo there's lots of fashion blogs around.

I bought a fur cape from second hand, it's kinda rad and ugly at the same time.

And it looks wonderful with my Balenciaga copies.

It's also wonderful to wake up and know that the clothes won't ruin your day...life is so much better with tough shoes, expensive underwear and tights, jewelery everewhere and t-shirts to choose from.
I'm so not going to wake up today at seven for my compulsory chemistry class followed by a future talk with my school counselor..but I just got 10 from literature, too sad one does nothing in real life with the skill of writing good essays.

The past two nights have been so fun and today is Patrick Wolf and tomorrow my friend is having a birthday at different town, I kinda don't care that my money will run out after this weekend.

Money...fuck that, friends, fur and rhinestones are forever.

PLASTIC JUNGLE NOW I SEE JUST WHAT YOU MEAN

I can't afford Balenciaga or Carin Wester...so I just got these from Dinsko. Eek...I'm the one always nagging about people buying random crap and here I go buying plastic glued together by workers in Vietnam with minimal wage. All that for 60 euros. But..I'll wear it with my moms jewelery, marked down grey cashmere sweater and second hand sequin mini and ripped Wolford's that I've turned inside out and cut into leggings.




And I still get more pleasure from touching the perfect cashmere pullover for two seconds than wandering around aimlessly in Zara for twenty minutes, which for the record happens to be the only high street shop around here I can tolerate with.

Fuck, what I really want to do is work and go places and care about moms in third-world countries who die in childbirth and get a Birkin. That's all.

And get really, really wasted with my friends! Or just drink one glass of white wine or whatever is matching my outfit.

And...I also look really forward to just doing things and making mistakes so looking back I don't have to ask myself why I was so scared. There's no point holding back.

Weird week...on Saturday morning 5.30AM finishing a book, The Secret History I realised maybe I shouldn't continue my alcohol ban anymore though I already broke it last Friday by crashing three parties - graphic designers and free beer are always a good excuse. But this week was different and I did miss out a lot of fun I actually had looked forward to. On Thursday when DINOSAURUXIA was playing at Kuudes Linja the soundcheck was running late and instead of popping free ciders I got restless and decided to crash my friends Photobooth. Also tried on her leopard jacket from Zara, it made her look like million bucks but I just looked more like a groupie and less like the manager I should be...

After seeing lots of streetstyle pictures about wearing multiple watches I decided to raid my stepdads old Soviet watches and found some gems that I paired with my moms old and equally cheap and wonderful earrings (one of the rings is a matching set). Those worn with loose grey shirt, black jeans and zipper wedge booties was just enough. I've got to get you a clearer shot of my leather jacket here...just because it has FAUX FUR SLEEVES and looks so badass!

It's almost 4 AM. I should be in my compulsory chemistry course at 8.20. I hate it because I have that and then the last class at three in the afternoon...and I have to get through chemistry to get out of high school. I hate tomorrow because our new courses start but next week is a holiday...

I think I'll fall asleep, and try my best to get up. And live my life.

9 courses to nail (3 compulsory) before the final exams.

Seriously, I hope those eyes won't give you nightmares.

What a lovely day today! It rained, I just sat inside and read The Secret History and drank green tea. The night turned into reading blogs, F5ing Givenchy SS10 thread and a lovely documentary about Vincent van Gogh.

Coming days will be amazing thanks to fashion week! Can't wait for Stella McCartney and YSL and whatnot.

I TELL YOU WHAT I DID LAST NIGHT

I've been so happy lately...
Wearing a grey, dirty t-shirt with a cheap white lace bra underneath.
With old black jeans that are so faded, got these from a friend.
They look perfect with black suede ankle boots.
I finish the look with a brown leather wrist cuff and army parka.

And a smile, uncombed hair and Chanel No.5...
I feel like I'm really onto something here.
Something important in life.

I was wearing a fur stole last Saturday...I got it from UFF (2nd Hand) for 1 euro way back in the days. Also I just found biker boots for free but that is another story altogheter.

I never found a right place or event or outifit to go with the fur and there is always the fact that I don't really support the industry and my aim is to eat vegan.

But that beautiful piece was stashed away in a cardboard box on the floor...I am definitely doing the animal more justice now.

The thing is strangers don't know this and when I'm wearing it with body-con dress and leopard tights paired with heels and rhinestone rings, it just comes off as over-the-top that I personally like but in an outifit like that I really don't seem like a person who would care about anything. I DO. H&M dress & leather necklace on and everything but I DO CARE.

And not in a way that I just state it and keep on buying crap.
