This week has been really busy - I've been to ten film screenings and then there is the Sigur Ros tonight - so I apologize for not updating. I'll be probably wearing the third ensemble tonight, the black tube is a minidress, with the Zara booties and sheer hosiery. What an unexpected outfit for the hot, but sraight, but hot post-rocker guy hunt. We have seats, so I also thought about bringing an pillow and a blanket and kinda die to the wonderfulness. How about not wearing new shoes in a gig for the first time by the way, even with seats...though the outfit looks fab. I'll just save the shoes for tomorrow. Maybe.

My friend took a really hot photo the other day..about a boy who just came to our school..he is wearing feathers and nice make-up (it was the welcoming fest for the new students) and he totally channeled Saul Williams. He looks really scared all the time, whenever I see him in the hallways or peek into a class he is in..like he is looking for his identity or something. I see these confused boys coming in every year, but they never lose their charm. And this was supposed to be a post about all the nice clever things I've bought recently and will wear over the...coming months.

A nice, Tiger of Sweden tank that I throw under everything. Black top with snake pattern. Bstore shoes, Arvika festival tee with totally cool graphics, then a black tube, then the shirt and some nice trifted pieces. Blah blah blah and we'll teachourselves to care. Why everyone else's buys are always more intresting? When I try to write about mine, it's always like I hope these people don't think I'm too shallow, like anyone would care that I happened to buy a t-shirt made in ILO-controlled factory using organic cotton or that my coffee I got in a film festival tent is Fair Trade or that I shamelessly eat non-vegan cereals with soy milk over my friends or that I still buy crap shoes in wrong sizes.

If you pay enough attention, you will notice that everywhere you go, Cut Copy is playing in the background. It's like they've quietly taken over the world. Every store you step into, there's a song playing that evolves and you suddenly find yourself jamming to it. If in doubt...it's Cut Copy?!? The Pet Shop Boys of our times.

You have a lot of nice things, the shirt in the third picture looks especially yammy.
Haha, you are so right about Cut Copy - they've taken over the world. Yesterday it was playing in Wunder, Helsinki 10, my friend's house, Tori restaurant... today, well, my place at least! :D
